NEW VERSION OF THE NORTH AMERICAN RESCUES 4" EMERGENCY TRAUMA DRESSING. THIS DRESSING PROVIDES A STERILE PAD AS WELL AS COMPRESSION AND EASE OF USE. NAR USES HOOK AND LOOP BETWEEN THE LAYERS TO AID WITH RETENTION AND COMPRESSION.
