  The Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is a must-have for everyone. The Top Tier IFAK is our more advanced IFAK. The Top Tier IFAK comes with additional components that are not in the Standard IFAK. The Top Tier upgrade adds our Massive Bleeding Kit (MBK) and our Airway Kit. The MBK expands your toolset in order to tackle more advanced issues/ problems like puncture/ junctional wounds that require packing with hemostatic gauze(Combat Gauze) or the North American Rescue (NAR) Emergency Trauma Dressing (ETD) which can be used to hold pressure over a packed wound/ laceration. The Top Tier IFAK also upgrades your cordage to 550 Survival Cord, which contains a waxed jute twine strand as well as a 10lb test fishing line strand. Those two strands are accompanied by the regular nylon strands, its unaltered overall rating is actually 550 lbs! The Waxed Jute Twine is an excellent tinder to get a fire going when there is a threat of hypothermia and works when wet! The Fishing line (other than just fishing) could be used as improvised sutures or snares for small game. The Airway kit contains a 14g ARS needle, a NPA size 28F w/ Lube and a CPR Mask w/ 1 way valve. The ARS Needle is designed for treating a collapsed lung while the CPR Mask w/ 1 way valve allows you to give rescue breaths without bodily fluid transfer through the mask. The NPA 28F can provide a secured nasal airway when needed. The quality components in your IFAK prepare you to handle bumps and scrapes to serious medical emergencies. Our custom IFAK components are quality products you can actually use - not useless filler. We sell only high quality products that we use/ carry personally. The IFAK comes with a North American Rescue CAT 7 Tourniquet, which is the gold standard used by the United States Armed Forces.  Everything comes assembled in the pouch/ color of your choice. Contents only is also available.
